There are 2 versions to this delicious dessert:
The Quick Version:
2 cans drained mangos
1 can condensed milk
Put ingredients in a blender and blend till blended and creamy! Refrigerate till cool or eat as is.
That's fast and easy enough!
The Slow Version
2 cans undrained mangos
1 can condensed milk
1 sachet flavorless gelatine
1/2 cup hot water
Sprinkle the gelatine in the water (never the other way around or the gelatine will just stick to the bottom of the cup) and allow to dissolve completely, stirring after a few minutes.
When gelatine has cooled some throw all ingredients into a blender and blend till nice and smooth.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the gelatine is set.
